Perfect food and wine pairings in our place
Greenhill Wines Cellar Door, Café and Winery is an exciting new food and wine venture located in the Greenhill Vineyard off Greenhill Road at Summertown, high in the Adelaide Hills. Drs Paul and Penny Henschke want to share their love of good food and wine in an exquisitely renovated 1880s settlers cottage set amongst vines with a stunning panoramic view of the picturesque Piccadilly Valley and Mount Bonython.
Penny prepares tasting plates fresh daily from local produce and Paul is often present to guide the wine tasting. The collocated café and cellar door at 1016 Greenhill Road, Summertown, are open 11-5 Friday-Sunday and some public holidays.
Paul Henschke
Paul is your winemaker and host. He willingly shares his love for wine making and especially the cool climate wines of the Piccadilly Valley.
Penny Henschke
Penny loves to cook and she loves to share her food with people who love to eat. She has a passion for seasonal, local produce that complements the beautiful space of the cafe and winery.
